FEL 204 — Generational Stewardship & Leadership Formation trains family enterprise leaders, successors, elders, mentors, and advisors to form the people who will carry family stewardship into the future. Students learn how to clarify identity and calling, understand the family as a formation system, assess emotional, spiritual, relational, and leadership maturity, design rhythms and rituals for next-generation development, structure mentorship relationships, assess successor readiness, prepare elders for transition, address generational wounds, form wealth maturity, integrate faith into leadership continuity, and design a multi-decade Generational Leadership Roadmap. The course culminates in a 20–40 page Generational Stewardship Blueprint that integrates all formation tools into one coherent long-term strategy.
